Turfgrass Laboratory Research Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Extension Turfgrass Specialist in experiment layout and establishment of turfgrass research trials focused on improving turf best management practices.
  • Collects and processes visual and instrument-derived data in preparation for statistical analysis.
  • Oversees biotech research compliance monitoring programs.
  • Reviews literature and prepares documents as assigned by the Turfgrass Specialist.
  • Responsible for maintenance of the Weed-Turf Support Lab and its facilities.
